1
Initial Home Visit/Virtual Meeting
The process begins with an in-home or telehealth evaluation meeting designed to understand your family’s needs, routines, and behavioral patterns. This session includes a thorough review of your intake information and data, observation of family interactions, and discussion of your top priorities to address in phase one. You’ll receive initial antecedent strategies that can be implemented immediately to promote calm and consistency while we identify the next steps in your comprehensive home treatment plan.
2
Comprehensive Home Treatment Plan
Phase 1 focuses on your family’s most pressing needs identified during the evaluation meeting. I develop a personalized plan with visuals and supports tailored to your home routines. This stage includes two meetings: the first to present and implement the plan, and the second to review progress, discuss what is and isn’t working, and make necessary adjustments. Phase 1 builds structure, consistency, and confidence as families begin using new strategies in daily life.
Phase 2 continues the comprehensive home treatment plan by expanding the focus to additional areas identified through collaboration and observation. It also includes two meetings: one to support the implementation of new strategies and one follow-up session to evaluate outcomes, refine interventions, and strengthen what’s already working. This ongoing support ensures the plan grows with your family and remains practical and effective over time.

Educational Consulting
This service is designed to support families throughout every stage of the special education process. Support may include reviewing evaluations, interpreting reports, attending school meetings, and assisting with the development and review of IEPs or 504 plans. Guidance is also provided in understanding educational laws, rights, and procedures. The goal is to empower families with the knowledge and confidence needed to effectively advocate for their child and ensure appropriate supports are in place.
